Today I planned on going to the gym but the snow was a little deep and I did not want to deal with it. So I just stayed home and ate Doritos 🙂
Just kidding, I went into my basement with my Tablet and started up this workout . I followed up with some weight lifting. It was a good workout but I felt that I could have worked a little harder and will next time.
Today I took a step class at my gym and it was a killer. It was also pretty embarrassing at times but that was all in my head. I just had to shut that all out and push through. My heart rate was jacked up to 170 a few times so I had to just sit some portions out. But I would hop back in once my HR got down to 140ish.
I burned 800 cals for my effort and that is pretty great so I will be back.
Todays evening workout wast this video. My legs were burning after this morning’s workout so it was a toughie. I did it though and burned another 400 cals bringing my calorie burn for today to 1000.

My knee was hurting so when they did things that made my knee hurt, I would just do something else that did not hurt it like punches. There is no written rule that you have to follow them exactly. The goal is to burn calories and to do that you just need to keep moving.
